Narrow Wall Shelf Cavallo

A narrow floating shelf for the wall space nobody else fills: 81 cm tall, 8 cm wide, 15 cm deep, with five open cubbies stacked top to bottom. It holds what usually ends up on a console table or an entryway bench when there isn't room for either, a paperback, a pair of glasses, keys, a small plant, or whatever else needs a landing spot by the door.

Construction

Every EWART WOODS shelf is Baltic birch plywood faced in a real wood veneer, never printed or laminated to look like wood. This one ships in walnut, oak, ash, cherry, or wenge, so it can match a nightstand or another floating shelf already on the wall. 

Styling

At 8 cm wide it reads more like a vertical wall shelf than a piece of furniture, so it earns its keep in a narrow hallway, beside a doorframe, or stacked with a second unit for a taller run of storage.
