As of August 2025, the US government is removing the de minimis exemption. This means that all imported goods — including orders from our shop here in Latvia (EU) — will now be subject to additional processing fees and customs duties, no matter the order value.
To continue delivering your orders smoothly and without unexpected costs at delivery, we’ve made the following adjustments:

Shipping fees for US customers have increased slightly to help cover the new processing charges and customs duties.

All duties and taxes will be prepaid by us. You won’t face any surprise charges upon delivery — the total you see at checkout is the final price.
We understand that any increase is inconvenient, and we’ve worked hard to keep this adjustment as small as possible while ensuring fast, reliable, and hassle-free delivery for you.

Expedited shipping time takes 1-5 business days, depending on the region.
If we haven’t received your phone number in 3 days after the order has been placed, we will make a refund for shipping costs and we will send it by regular mail.
We accept returns 30 days after delivery.
If the product arrives with damage, incomplete, or with some incompliance please contact us and we will gladly offer a solution in this situation!
If the product isn’t damaged and everything is correct the return cost must be paid by the customer. We can offer our shipping service to get a better price in Europe only.
We are sending our products from Latvia, and in countries that are not a part of the EU custom fees can be applicable. All the customs duties have to be covered by the customer.
Refund policy
EWART WOODS works with the satisfaction of their customers in mind so please follow these guidelines in order to carry out a return.
The return request can be made 14 days after delivery.

Damaged goods are eligible for a full refund (incl. shipping), however, proof in form of pictures (on arrival) needs to be presented, in order to fairly assessed whether the product has been damaged before or after arrival.
To make a return, you must contact us and disclose the reason for returning the item. After this, we will confirm the shipment with you briefly.
Upon receiving your return, it will be assessed by our team. Please note that any returns, with signs of noticeable wear, cannot be accepted for a refund.
Items that are faulty upon delivery to the customer will be assessed by the same team and the damage will be compared to the images you provide us. We cannot refund items that have been tampered with in any way.
If the product you have ordered does not satisfy you it can be returned (in original packaging) for a full return of the product price. Shipping costs will have to be covered by you.
Returns not confirmed by us, improperly packaged, or not insured will be refused receipt.
You should expect a refund within 6 business days after your return package has been verified and tracked as delivered, however, in many cases, you can expect the refund faster.
