Expedited shipping time takes 1-5 business days, depending on the region.
If we haven’t received your phone number in 3 days after the order has been placed, we will make a refund for shipping costs and we will send it by regular mail.

The item was shipped quickly and was well packed. The shelves were easy to mount onto the walls, and my cats quickly started to try them out. They use them all the time now, to climb up to high places and to look out the window. Really happy with them -they look good and the grip is good for the cats.

Un excellent accueil qui vous permet d'avoir les informations complémentaires ont vous avez éventuellement besoin dans votre décision d'achat ou votre installation. L'échange est aisé et les réponses rapides. le produit est conforme à la description et très beau. in s'insère très bien à la décoration. malgré un problème de livraison, le fournisseur a pris toutes les dispositions nécessaires pour rectifier le tir (le problème était dû non à l'expéditeur mais au service del ivraison) sans aucun surcout pour le client. le vendeur s'applique à mettre de la qualité dans sa production et dans son service. je recommande vraiment.
